Shipping policy

Please note that free shipping is applicable only when explicitly mentioned as part of a promotional campaign or special offer.

A complete and accurate postal address, including PIN code, email ID, and contact number, is essential for us to process and ship your order efficiently.

If the items you ordered are in stock, we will pack and dispatch your order within 3 working days.
If any item is out of stock or made to order, we will begin production and ensure dispatch within 10 working days of receiving your order.

Deliveries are made by our courier partners Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Public holidays and Sundays are not counted as working days.
Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather disruptions, transportation delays, or strikes - we appreciate your patience in such instances.
Once your package is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
