30 Organic Farmers

Under the Thottam Organics umbrella, this initiative was launched to support and empower 30 organic farmers across 100 acres of farmland in rural Chennai. We work closely with these farmers guiding them on organic and regenerative farming techniques, ensuring they get fair prices, and providing them with a reliable market platform to showcase their produce.

Our time spent with these farmers walking through their fields, sharing meals, and having heartfelt conversations reinforces our belief that sustainable farming is not just about the soil, but about the people who care for it. Through this project, we are building a community rooted in trust, sustainability, and shared growth.

The Ultimate Ghee-Making Experience

Step into the heart of traditional Indian dairy wisdom with our Bilona ghee-making process. At Thottam Organics, we follow the age-old Vedic method:

  • Our A2 milk is hand-churned into curd
  • The curd is slowly churned to extract makkhan (butter)
  • The butter is gently simmered over fire to make golden, aromatic ghee

This slow, respectful process retains the maximum nutritional value and imparts a rich, nutty flavor that is unmistakably pure. No shortcuts. No chemicals. Just wholesome ghee, made with love and care — the way our ancestors did.
